| The parent body needs support at every stage. |

- At first when the child has been diagnosed as having a problem
- When the child has been recommended a full time pull out program
- When the child is studying at the full time pull out school
- When the child needs to be mainstreamed
- When the child is in mainstream, unable to cope and so behavior is bad
- When the parents are unable to help the child for whatever reason
|
|
With all these in mind the parent support group has been launched so that they find the support they need from other parents as well as to get tips from exponents in the field.
Workshops in parenting and counseling children are being organized to help the parents to help their children.
The parent group apart from giving support to each other can also become a powerful lobby for the cause. |
