Coaching students for the national open school examinations or the tamilnadu s.s.l.c examinations.
Some of the children find it difficult to cope with the demands of the school even though they are quite capable of learning and finishing a school board and going to college. So MDA has come forward with training these students for a private 10th std SSLC exams of the Tamilnadu board. |

- Help from teachers who understand what dyslexia is and will go along with the levels of the children.

| Children are also being sent for the National Open school examinations. This is a Delhi Board, which offers a good rigorous curriculum, with an easier examination pattern. |

- 5 subjects need to be done and apart from English which is compulsory, the other 4 can be chosen from a long list of subjects offered
- The child should have completed 15 years of age at the time of the registration
- Exams can be taken every 6 months and the subjects split up as the student wishes
- Language and Maths which proves to be difficult for many can be dropped
- Registration for exams and exam centres are there in a few registered places in Chennai.
- Exams are normally held twice a year
